Auto da Formula Uno Organiche - Organic Formula One Cars

Seguendo l'evoluzione delle auto di Formula Uno, mi rendo conto che ogni nuovo modello che esce, ad inizio stagione, ha un design sempre più organico. E parlare di design riguardo alle auto di Formula Uno, per quanto belle possano essere, è paradossale. Non vi è scelta estetica che non sia dettata da esigenze aereodinamiche, testata al computer o in galleria del vento. Ogni curva è disegnata seguendo le indicazioni della resistenza dell'aria e della portanza. Questo significa che il designer che sta modellando, anno dopo anno in maniera sempre più organica, le carrozzerie di queste auto, è la fluidodinamica dell'aria, ossia la Natura stessa.

And talk about the design of Formula One cars, as beautiful as they can be, it is paradoxical. There is not an aesthetic choice that is not dictated by aereodinamical needs tested with a computer or in the wind tunnel. Each curve is drawn following signs of resistance and lift. This means that the designer who is modeling, year after year increasing organicity, the body of these cars is the fluid dynamics of the air, that means Nature itself.
