Tra i nomi da tenere sotto stretta osservazione, se il nostro interesse si rivolge al Design Organico, c'è sicuramente quello di Toyo Ito, straordinario e innovativo architetto nipponico. Pur non volendomi addentrare nei territori dell'architettura, riconosco che si tratta, sicuramente, di uno dei più grandi architetti viventi. La sua architettura è organica e spesso va oltre il concetto stesso di modo fisico per approdare su forme estreme e assolutamente metafisiche. Il suo design è più composto, più naturale e sicuramente sempre elegante e raffinato. Grande attenzione è posta dal designer ai materiali utilizzati e al perfetto connubbio tra questi e la forma dell'oggetto.

Toyo Ito nasce nel 1941 a Seoul, si laurea in architettura a Tokyo nel 1965 e nel 1971 fonda il suo studio.

Among the names to kept under close observation, if our interest is aimed at Organic Design, is surely the one of Toyo Ito, extraordinary and innovative Japanese architect. While i do not want to enter the territories of architecture, I acknowledge that this is certainly one of the greatest living architects. Its architecture is organic and often goes beyond the notion of physics on extreme and absolutely metaphysical forms. Its design is more composed, more natural and certainly always elegant and refined. Great attention is paid by the designer to materials used in perfect armonia between them and the shape of the object. Toyo Ito was born in 1941 in Seoul, he graduated in architecture in Tokyo in 1965 and in 1971 founded his own studio.
