Design Organico: Ispirazione - Organic Design: Inspiration [2]

Inserisco nuovamente delle immagini al microscopio che ritengo molto interessanti come fonte di ispirazione. Cosa esse rappresentino ovviamente non ha importanza (ed oltretutto forse è meglio non saperlo), si tratta tuttavia di strutture organiche caratterizzate da intrecci di tessuti ramificati. Penso che vi siano molte possibili applicazioni di questo genere di forme nel design industriale, soprattuto se scegliamo di ottenerle con le materie plastiche. Sarei molto curioso di sapere voi cosa ci vedete in queste immagini...

I post again some images taken under the microscope that I retain very interesting as a source of inspiration. What they represent obviously is not important (and perhaps above all, do not know it is better), they are organic structures characterized by branched interweaving of forms. I think that there are many possible applications of this kind of forms in industrial design, especially if we choose to get them with plastics. I would be very curious to know what you see in these pictures ...

Un lavabo Organico - An Organic washbasin

E' straordinario per molti aspetti il lavabo Orca firmato da Thomas Sandell per Rapsel. E' straordianario innanzi tutto per il suo design così organico, sfacciatamente organico oserei dire. In secondo luogo è straordinario per il geniale utilizzo del Corian ® (materiale di per se stesso straordinario). Il bagno è il posto dove si ritrova la natura in casa, dove deve essere valorizzato l’elemento acqua e le sue forme, il suo movimento. Questo lavabo senza dubbio centra l'obbiettivo.
